SHIPPING INFO AND COSTS
Carla Fernández® uses an external service for all domestic and international shipping. Cost of shipping, as well as applicable taxes, will be calculated before final payment. Import tax calculations are based on the typical rate charged by each country for textile products.
Carla Fernández® requires between 1 and 2 business days to process an order. Most of our pieces will be ready to ship after an order is processed. Delivery time for packages within México will be between 6-8 business days starting the day the order is processed.
Estimated delivery time for packages weighing less than 10 kg is 4 to 5 business days starting the day the order is processed. For packages weighing between 10 and 30 kg, delivery period is between 6 and 8 days starting the day the order is processed.
Delivery periods do not consider the number of days a package may be delayed in customs.
Carla Fernández® is not responsible for delays having to do with climate, airport delays, customs delays, or problems of “Force Majeur”.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Carla Fernández® does not accept returns. We do, however, accept exchanges. Any changes have to be processed within the first 30 days after the date of purchase.
